Q : How to Get in touch ?

Q : I think my item is faulty. What do I do ?
A: Our reputation for quality products and service is very important to us, so be rest assured that we will do everything we can to resolve your issue. Please write to us by email giving full details of your complaint along with few photographs and we will get back to you as fast as possible.

Q: My order is late ?
A : Normally dispatch dates are specified on the PO and accordingly orders are dispatched. However If you have received confirmation of dispatch but your order has not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated transit time for goods to arrive at destination. The tracking information is always provided by email or post or by what’s app once goods are dispatched. If you have not received information through one of these modes, kindly email or contact us by phone and you will be provided the required information.

Q : How can I pay for my order ?
A : For all Domestic supplies you can pay by Bank Demand Draft, Cheque, NEFT or RTGS. Our bank details are given hereunder. Please note we do not accept cash payments :

Q : How can I cancel or delay my order ?
A : Once you have placed an order it is considered as an irrevocable order. However in case of any unforeseen circumstances the order can be delayed or even cancelled but you must give justification for cancellation request well in time. Please note once ordered goods are dispatched then they cannot be delayed or cancelled.

 
Q : Can I Increase or Decrease my order quantities or items ?
A : Once order is processed it cannot be changed. In case of increase, you can place new order.
